Field Trip to the Capitol and Pioneer Memorial Museum

Did someone say... FIELD TRIP?!

We took a field trip to the Capitol and the Pioneer Memorial Museum in Salt Lake. The kids really enjoyed seeing the murals inside the Capitol that showed all the things they have been learning about in their Utah studies. The Pioneer Memorial Museum was also quite the treat with their many different artifacts! Big thanks to all of our parent volunteers that helped makes this all possible. :) 

December Highlights

We made it to the last week of school before Christmas break! :) Here are some fun photos from some of our activities we participated in. The entire school was able to earn a glow in the dark dance party for donating over 1,000 pounds of canned food to a local food bank. The students were really engaged in STEM activities we  did in science. Some classes even participated in a sock exchange! We sure had a memorable week and are looking forward to a nice winter break.
